Customer Service Representative/Executive Assistant

Reports Directly to the: Centre Manager or Operations Manager
Role Objective: Provide administrative support and assistance to CEO SUITE Clients and Colleagues.
Key Responsibilities: Reception work, new clients’ set-up, clients’ exit activities, secretarial services.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: any business-related course
- Experience: at least 2 years experience in admin functions; secretarial; reception; front desk; handling customers inquiries and concerns in a service-oriented industry
- Knowledge and skills:
